As part of the costume that belonged to her own "Uncle Ben" Spider-Girl recieved a pair of webshooters. Based on her Dad's own design these allow her to shoot webs from her rists which she uses for web swinging and tieing up enemies, but that's not all. She has found several other uses for them such as...
 Web cacoon
...using her webing to make a defensive barier...
Web Fist
...or to Web up her fist to increase punching effectiveness.
Impact WebbingShe can also use her webbing as projectiles.
Spider Tracer
  When in need May can cound on her old man to come through with Fatherly insite, protection, and of course rovoking privelages. That's not all though, he also on occasion provides helpful goodies such as his spider tracer which he lets May use to track down her villain.
Frequency
The spider tracer taught us that Peter's and Mayday's spider sense are not exactly identical. They operate on different frequencies.
Tracking Gizmo
As a temporary solution to May not being able to sense the spider-tracer Peter provided a remote unit that could track it for her.
Goblin Gear
Around Spider-girl #25 (Any one know which comic exactly? If so please email me, spidey at spider-girl.net) Spider-Girl had a tramatic eperience causing her to loose her spider powers. Unwilling to give up the hero biz she borrowed goblin equipment  from her frenemy Normie Osborn.
Goblin Glider
 For transportation Spider-Girl used, and seemed to really enjoy, the goblin glider.
Pumpkin Bombs
For offeseive attacks May used Pumpkin bombs which comprized of both gas and explosive styles.
Web Phone
To keep in touch with her alies like the Green Goblin (Phil Urich) May recieved a cell phone curtousy of Normie Osborn. It's account is untraceable to any individual so as not to reveal her identity.
